The YANYAN production floor sits in the Huadu district of Guangzhou, ten minutes from the leather wholesale market that supplies most of South China. The site holds three working areas and one showroom.
Production lines
Two lines run at any time: one dedicated to in-stock catalogue runs (50-200 piece batches), the other reserved for OEM/ODM orders (300+ pieces). The lines are staffed by 40-60 skilled sewists depending on season, with senior leads on every quilting and edge-painting station.
Leather room
Raw material is held in a humidity-controlled room: PU leather rolls separated by grain (pebbled, saffiano, smooth, suede-feel); genuine cowhide and lambskin held flat and inspected for defects before cutting. We document the lot number of every leather batch entering a production run.
Sample studio
OEM tooling, pattern-cutting, and first-sample sewing happens here. Tech packs and Pinterest reference boards are accepted; the studio returns a paper pattern + a CMF spec sheet + a fitted sample within 8-12 working days.
Visiting
We welcome buyer visits. The Canton Fair (April and October) is a natural moment; outside fair season, please give us 48 hours notice. Virtual factory walkthroughs over WhatsApp video are available any working day.
