OEM — You design, we build
Send a tech pack or, more commonly, a Pinterest board, a reference photo, and your size and material spec. We pattern-cut, source matched material, sew a first sample, and ship for approval. Standard timeline:
- Day 1-3 — pattern + CMF spec sheet
- Day 4-12 — first sample sewn and shipped
- Day 13-25 — revisions (typically 1-2 rounds)
- Day 26-45 — production run
MOQ for OEM: 100 pieces per colour, 300 pieces per style.
ODM — We design, you brand
Pick a YANYAN catalogue silhouette, apply your logo (debossed, hot-stamped, metal plate, or screen-printed lining), pick the leather and lining colour, optionally upgrade the hardware finish. 25-30 day lead time, 100-piece MOQ. The fastest way to launch a wholesale handbag line under your brand.
