What is your MOQ?
50 pieces for stock styles, 100 pieces for stock with custom logo, 100 pieces per colour (300 per style) for OEM new development. Dropshipping buyers ship from 1 piece per order after their initial 100-piece commitment.
Can I order samples first?
Yes. Stock samples ship from $30-80 per piece including air courier to most destinations. OEM custom samples cost $80-180 depending on complexity, and the cost is credited back against the first production order over 300 pieces.
Do you make genuine leather or PU?
Both. We run the same production line for either; the difference is the material price and the lead time on genuine cowhide / lambskin batches. We will quote both options if you do not specify.
Can you produce my own design?
Yes — that is OEM. Send a tech pack or a clear reference and we will return a CMF spec sheet, a paper pattern, and a first sample within 8-12 working days.
What payment terms do you accept?
30% deposit by wire transfer (T/T) on production confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. PayPal, Western Union, and Wise/Payoneer are accepted for sample orders under $1,500. Larger orders by T/T only.
Do you ship to my country?
We have shipped handbag orders to over 40 countries. If you are in the US, EU, Russia, GCC, Mexico, Brazil, South Africa, Indonesia, the Philippines, or anywhere else with a reachable address, we can quote a landed-cost shipment.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Please give 48 hours notice. Virtual factory walkthroughs over WhatsApp video are available any working day.
What is your typical response time?
Within 12 hours during Guangzhou working days (UTC+8). Sales WhatsApp and email are both monitored.
