4-Stage QC

Quality is the difference between a wholesale order that re-orders and one that becomes a return. YANYAN runs four QC stages on every shipment.

Stage 1 — Material check

Every roll of PU and every cowhide is inspected against the lot reference. Pebbled grain consistency, edge integrity, and colour shift are the three failure modes we screen for. Failed material is returned, not cut.

Stage 2 — Line QC

Senior sewists rotate as line QC; every bag is checked at three stations during sewing — stitching density (10-12 stitches per 3 cm on most styles), hardware alignment, and lining attachment.

Stage 3 — End-of-line

Every piece goes through final inspection: zipper run, magnetic closure click, strap stress test, edge paint coverage, and a 30-second photograph against a white background for buyer pre-shipment approval if requested.

Stage 4 — AQL random sample

For orders 500+ pieces we run AQL 2.5 / 4.0 sampling on the packed cartons. Buyer-side QC or third-party SGS / Bureau Veritas inspection is welcome — please arrange access two days before scheduled shipment.
